Faculty retreats over the past four years have included significant sessions addressing diversity and inclusion among faculty and students, including a session at the 2020 retreat on difficult classroom discussions. Periodic faculty meetings are dedicated to issues of diversity and inclusion, with reports from the faculty Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
