This Week in the Law School
Today marks the final ILA of the 2014-15 school year. Check the law school events calendar online should any events be scheduled for next week and throughout the summer.
Prof. Robert Keiter, a nationally recognized environmental scholar and author, will present a lecture on the National Park System today at noon.
To our 1Ls and 2Ls, good luck on your finals and enjoy your summer; we will see you back in August. Keep up with us on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram (@iumaurerlaw) over the break and feel free to send in photos or stories from wherever you are. We'd be thrilled to share them.
Finally, ILA congratulates the class of 2015. We go from being proud to have you here as students to being honored to call you alumni. There is a little-known column by IU journalism student Ernie Pyle on returning to Bloomington years after he had quit school — twice — to travel the world as a foreign correspondent. As you depart for adventures both known and not, read Mr. Pyle's thoughts on what this place meant to him. We will see you back again, someday.

And on May 1, she will speak on a panel about U.S. economic sanctions law and its extra-territorial effects at the Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association's International Law Section. In addition to preparing for these talks, Prof. Hughes recently completed a chapter for a book on e-commerce.
