Biography
After earning a BA in Political Science and Psychology at Butler University, Margaret spent five years in Chicago working in client relations at two large, international law firms building and managing client relationships. After leaving Chicago and returning home, she started at Indiana University in the Graduate Office at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. While there, she was a member of the student services and enrollment management teams, meeting with current students and engaging with prospective students on the school’s various offerings.
Shortly into that role, Margaret decided to go back to school and earn her MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. This she did in an accelerated, online fashion earning the degree in one year and earning the honor of becoming a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society for top students in the top five-percent of business schools around the world. After this, she transitioned into a position at the Hamilton Lugar School of Global International Studies as the Assistant Director of Graduate Services. While there, Margaret managed all MA and PhD students across 20 departments. Now, at Maurer, she look forward to cultivating and recruiting a wide range of diverse students to help move the school forward.
