It is time to start planning your spring break, and the Office of Career and Professional Development is here to help. Once again OCPD is setting up spring break trips to Washington DC and New York that will allow students to meet employers. Student Animal Legal Defense Fund General Meeting

Business and Legal Perspectives on Entrepreneurship
The Business and Law Society will host the Kelley School of Business Graduate Entrepreneurship Club to share business and legal perspectives on entrepreneurship. Dr. Donald Kuratko, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Executive Director of the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Mark Need, Clinical Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, will address challenges and opportunities common to startups. Faculty News
On Jan. 24, 2011, Professor Leandra Lederman presented her article titled "Hold the Mayo: What Respect Should Courts Accord Rulings and Regulations Issued During Litigation?" at a Faculty Colloquium at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Professor Ken Dau-Schmidt's latest book was recently published. Its title is Legal Protection of Individual Employees, West Publishing Co. (4th ed. 2011). Co-authors are Robert Covington and Matthew Finkin.
How to Schedule an Event
An online form is available to plan and schedule meetings. Please use this form to request a room, notify Indiana Law Annotated, and send other information about your event. You will receive confirmation that your room has been reserved after your request has been processed. When filling out your event description, please provide all information possible, especially if you are requesting that the event be publicized.
ILA Submissions
The Indiana Law Annotated (ILA) is published every Monday while school is in session with news about the coming week. Information and articles for the ILA should be submitted to ila@indiana.edu by Thursday at noon for inclusion in Monday's edition. Length of submission is limited to 150 words, unless otherwise approved. If you have questions about an item appearing in the ILA, please contact Ken Turchi (kturchi@indiana.edu; phone 856-4044). Indiana Law Annotated is archived online.
Audio-Video Services
Requests for AV services should be sent to Max Exter (av@exchange.iu.edu). Please include the name of your group and the e-mail address of the contact person, a description of what you want to do, and the date, location, starting time, and duration of the event. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will be confirmed by e-mail.
