On Thursday, Oct. 25, Indiana Law welcomes the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces to hear arguments in U.S. v. Daniel Pack, a case involving a conviction for indecent acts with a minor. As part of the Court's "Project Outreach" program, Indiana Law students can act as student amicus curiae and have the unique opportunity to present oral argument under the supervision of members of the Court's bar. Following the hearing, judges will take questions from the audience.
