Brief biography
Nazir Ikhlayel is a J.S.D. candidate and Graduate Assistant at Maurer Law School, where he obtained his LL.M. degree in 2021. Before coming to Maurer Law, Nazir worked as an attorney in West Bank, Palestine, where he passed the Bar exam. Nazir's J.S.D. dissertation focuses on the Arbitration on Construction disputes. He seeks to understand and theorize the extension of the arbitration class between the parties in the complex contract.
