Brief biography

Chieh Aki Huang is an S.J.D. at Indiana University-Bloomington's Maurer School of Law. Before pursuing her S.J.D. degree at Maurer, she obtained her L.L.M. degree from University of Washington, Seattle in 2016. Chieh's research interests include copyright law, law and technology, and the law and policy of Artificial Intelligence. After receiving her S.J.D. degree in June 2022, Chieh joins the faculty of Chung Yuan Christian University's Department of Financial & Economic Law (Taoyuan City, Taiwan), where she teaches copyright law, the intro of artificial intelligence, and the intro of intellectual property.
