
Biography
Before joining Indiana Law, Abby served as assistant registrar for Purdue University, overseeing the commencement ceremonies and serving as the residence classification officer and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) consultant. In addition, she spoke at many joint conferences for admission and registrar officers regarding the implementation of a graduation fair for a large university, represented offices for new student orientations, volunteered for numerous welcoming receptions on campus, and served as a subject matter expert for Purdue's all-campus student system integration.
Ms. Yankovich has degrees in broadcasting, accounting, and communications, and is planning to start her graduate studies in higher education administration. She believes that students deserve the special one-on-one attention they need to succeed in a university atmosphere, and has a passion for assisting studnets through their educational career and beyond.
