Biography
Catherine Dyar serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Special Projects at the IU Maurer School of Law. She works closely with the dean and also works collaboratively with members of the university and law school communities, including faculty, students and administrators, to advance special projects. Previously, Dyar served as Director of Annual Giving and Special Projects in the schools Office of Advancement. She received her law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1998, and her bachelor's degree with highest distinction from Indiana University in 1994. Prior to coming to the Maurer School of Law, she practiced commercial litigation at Jenner & Block, and also clerked for Judge Matthew F. Kennelly and Magistrate Judge Geraldine Soat Brown of the Northern District of Illinois.
