Election Reactions: Legal Issues Arising Under the Trump Administration
Join a host of Indiana Law professors who will be presenting on issues that may be affected by the election. Prof. Kevin Brown will moderate the discussion, with Prof. Jeannine Bell speaking on hate crimes; Prof. Jessica Eaglin on criminal justice reform; Prof. Dawn Johnsen speaking on executive power overreach and abortion issues; Prof. Steve Sanders focusing on the U.S. Supreme Court and the judiciary; and Prof. Deb Widiss speaking on access to justice and civil rights issues. Each faculty member will offer brief remarks followed by a joint Q+A session. A pizza lunch will be served. This event is sponsored by the American Constitution Society and Black Law Students Association as well as the International Law Society, Feminist Law Forum, MELSA, LLSA, JLSA, and OUTLaw. Moot Court Room, noon.
PAD 1L Exam Prep Panel
Phi Alpha Delta 1Ls are invited to a workshop/panel with current PAD 2Ls who will give candid advice about outlining, preparing, and test-taking. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide lunch at this event, but we will end early enough to allow time to grab a quick lunch before class. Room 124, noon.

Dean Austen Parrish wrote "A troubling focus by the ABA on the bar exam" for The Indiana Lawyer.
Professors Dan Conkle and Ryan Scottcommented on a lawsuit aimed at "fixing" Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
Prof. Tim Waters authored an op-ed for the Los Angeles Times on whether California should have the right to vote for secession from the United States.

Education Policy JD Minor
After completing four courses that are cross-listed with the School of Education, you can obtain a Minor in Education Policy. Students who are not interested in the minor are still welcome to enroll in the following two, online education law courses: B658-A608 Legal Perspectives on Education and B658-A615 Advanced School Law. How to Schedule an Event
An online form is available to plan and schedule meetings. Please use this form to request a room, notify Indiana Law Annotated, and send other information about your event. You will receive confirmation that your room has been reserved after your request has been processed. When filling out your event description, please provide all information possible, especially if you are requesting that the event be publicized.
ILA Submissions
Indiana Law Annotated is published every Monday while school is in session with news about the coming week. Submit information and articles for ILA to ila@indiana.edu by Thursday at noon for inclusion in Monday's edition. Length of submission is limited to 150 words, unless otherwise approved. Entries may be edited to ensure consistent presentation. If you're requesting a room, submit all information (including the room request) by emailing (lawrooms@indiana.edu). If you have questions about an item appearing in the ILA, please contact James Boyd (joboyd@indiana.edu; phone 855-0156). Indiana Law Annotated is archived online.
Audio-Video Services
