CCD Seminar Series: John Packer
Noon - 1 p.m. in the Henderson House
Professor John Packer, University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, will present, "Again and Again? Unpacking Conflations of Individual and State Responsibility in Addressing Contemporary Genocides." Packer will explore how the systematic failure by principal INGOs and NGOs to invoke the norms and standards relating to genocide has eviscerated the duty to prevent and, in effect, left the law against genocide only reactive, post facto and ineffective.

Housing opinions wanted
The Office of Admissions is requesting that the Law School community submit an anonymous, five-minute Housing Survey to help newly admitted students and fellow classmates weigh their housing options for the next academic year. The housing guide is being put together with the help of VeryApt, a group that works with many institutions, including IU's Kelley School of Business. Let us know if you have any questions (lawadmis@indiana.edu or Baier Hall 224). Visit the 2024 Housing Survey ASAP. Thanks in advance for your participation.
