Kathy Keunghee Kim

Brief biography

Kathy Keunghee Kim is an S.J.D candidate at Indiana University Maurer Law school and an Ed.D candidate in Literacy, Culture, and Language Education at Indiana University. She seeks to complete her certificate of Dyslexia and Qualitative Research and Inquiry Methodology. She holds LL.M. from the University of California at Berkeley. Kathy’s S.J.D dissertation focuses on the legal implications of Informative Food Precautionary Digital Allergen Labeling. Her Ed.D dissertation focuses on students’ directive storytelling in Korean language class: Authentic and contents and Korean cultural engagement. Kathy’s research explores the legal implication with case research of crucial issues on health, education, cyber informatics, and consumer privacy protection.
