Biography

Randi Edmonds joined the Maurer School of Law as Director of Employer Relations in October 2024. She has spent over seven years working in career services at Indiana University, including career advising roles in both the College of Arts and Sciences and Kelley’s Graduate Career Services office, where she primarily coached MBA students on their professional development goals. Prior to this, she has held roles in teaching, grant proposal support, and operations and administration for student groups. Randi has received robust coaching training and a professional certificate through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI.)

Randi is excited to join the Maurer Career Services team and connect exceptional Maurer student talent to legal employers. Randi looks forward to building partnerships and managing programs to strengthen the pipeline from student to legal professional.
