Law School Buildings Room Reservations

Room reservation requests for events and meetings located inside Baier Hall, Henderson House, and the Lewis Building now utilize 25Live. CAS login is required to access and is limited to Law School students and personnel only. External units interested in booking space at the Law School should contact lawrooms@iu.edu.

Plan ahead

Review the list of reservable rooms for room features and headcounts. Check room availability by day or by week to avoid scheduling conflicts. And visit the calendar for all activities booked to help with selecting dates. Ensure the default search is set to “Maurer Law (BL)” for all.

Law school offices should contact eventlaw@iu.edu for bookings outside the Law School. Student organizations hosting events outside of the Law School must complete the External Space Reservation & Event Request Form before making arrangements.
