INDICTMENT

The Grand Jury of the Eleventh District, upon their oath, present that on July 12, 2000, at 432 Jamison Street, Apartment 3 in the City of Landview, Tina Clayton did unlawfully and willfully commit the crime of Murder in the First Degree (felony murder) in that she did cause the death of Harry O'Neal by firing a gun while she was engaged in the commission of the crimes of conspiracy to commit fraud and murder, and the attempted murder by gunshot of Clint Buchanan, all in violation of section 210.2(b) of the Penal Code.
