"Rule 702 states that expertise can be acquired by practical experience and does not require formal training or education. She has substantial practical experience. She has been a professional psychic all her life and has written books on the subject."

In other words, IF parapsychology is a legitimate field of specialized knowledge, then she is clearly qualified as one of its leading experts.
