I would say:
"I object to this witness's opinion of what other people were feeling under Rule 602. No foundation has been laid that he has any personal knowledge of their mental states."
I wanted you to write it out so that you had to commit yourself to objecting either under 602 (no personal knowledge) or 701 (insufficient personal knowledge upon which to base a rational opinion). I think the objection could be made either way, but that 602 is the slightly better objection.
