I can think of two:
1) It is argumentative -- the attorney is drawing a conclusion based on the evidence and is not really asking the witness to give an answer.
2) No foundation he has personal knowledge of all the ways the gym keeps records of attendance.
Just because the topic of the day is “impeachment,” doesn’t mean that you are confined to making objections based on the impeachment rules.
