I would object to everything after the first sentence as a narrative. Once the witness begins to talk about other people gathering and calling 9-1-1, she has changed topics without a question being asked. The first sentence seems OK.

I think this is a better objection than “non-responsive,” because the question was vague enough that it’s all responsive. If the witness’s narrative had gone back in time, it would be both a narrative and nonresponsive, e.g.

    A: Then I remembered I’d seen his somewhere before.  Two days earlier, I was at McDonald’s and a guy cut in line ....
