The question is leading. The attorney is characterizing the facts and suggesting how the question should be answered.
The question is not compound because it is not asking about two different subjects, merely asking the witness to choose from among several characterizations of a single subject.
You might object that the question is unclear and ambiguous. Bloomington and Ellettsville are both located in Monroe County, so phrasing the question as if living in the county is a separate answer from living in one of the cities is potentially confusing.
