First, the question about whether they are married does not ask about a private conversation, so an objection would still not be timely -- a timely objection is made when grounds first become apparent, and no grounds are yet apparent.


Second, an objection must point to specific evidence that is inadmissible and cannot be made generally because some inadmissible evidence will probably occur.
