This course is the for-credit component of 3L students work on the Sherman Minton Advocacy Executive and Competition boards, including organizing; training participants for; participating in; and/or judging the Maurer Trial Competition and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration) competitions; mooting Maurer s teams for national trial and moot court competitions; and similar work designing and carrying out advocacy training at the Law School.
