Degree requirements

A student who has received a bachelor’s degree from an approved college or university will be granted the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) upon completion of Indiana Law’s degree requirements. The following must be completed in exactly three years (six semesters) of full-time resident study or their equivalent, unless special permission for a longer term of study is obtained.

Opportunities for students

Our students can take part in more than 30 student organizations, as well as participate in centers, legal journals, clinics, practicums, internships, and externships. Our study abroad programs allow students to earn credit while getting a taste of another country’s legal system.
