Computers on Campus

Alternately rated the “Most Wired Public University” by PC Magazine and the “Most Unwired College Campus” by Intel, Indiana University—Bloomington has nearly 100 technology centers with Windows, Macintosh, and UNIX workstations, wireless access in and near academic buildings across campus, and dozens of “infostations” for accessing e-mail and the Internet.

If you’re visiting the Indiana University campus and need access to computers, you can create an IU Guest account. As a guest at IU, you can also request a Network Access account that will allow you to access IU’s wireless network.
