Sherman Minton Moot Court

The Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition is a student-run program in written and oral appellate advocacy. The majority of the second-year class participates in this annual competition, which is also open to third-year students who have not previously competed owing to study abroad or joint-degree programs.

The Sherman Minton Advocacy Board is currently soliciting competitors for the 2013–14 Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. To compete, you must meet eligibility requirements and e-mail your Intent to Participate in the competition to lawmoot@indiana.edu by Friday, May 25, 2013 at 11:59 PM EDT.

Congratulations to Last Year's Finalists

The 2012-13 Moot Court finalists presented their final arguments on March 1, 2013. The audience for the finals filled the Moot Court Room and overflowed into a nearby classroom.
