Jack A. Bobo, JD'96, Deputy Chief, Biotechnology and Textile Trade Policy Division of the U.S. Department of State, will describe the work he does on international trade issues at the U.S. Department of State and provide his perspective on the recent collapse of the Doha round of multilateral trade negotiations within the World Trade Organization.
